How do I book a villa?

To book, simply visit our website's booking page, where you can enter your dates and guest numbers into the calendar. If you choose to proceed with the booking, the system will immediately block out your selected dates on the calendar and securely gather your details to finalize the reservation.

What is the maximum occupancy for the villas?

Each of our villas can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Additionally, we can provide a travel cot/playpen for one infant, allowing for a little extra room for families traveling with a young child.

Are the villas pet-friendly?

We love our furry friends, but currently, our properties are not equipped to accommodate pets. We aim to ensure an allergen-free environment for all our guests.

Is pool heating available, and do you recommend it?

Pool heating is an available option for guests looking for a more comfortable swimming experience, especially recommended from October through April when the weather can be cooler. The service is offered at $35 plus tax per night, which targets a pool temperature of 87 degrees Fahrenheit and a spa temperature of 103 degrees Fahrenheit. Please note that while we strive to maintain these temperatures, cooler evening temperatures may affect the water temperature particularly in the mornings; it may not remain constant at all times. For the warmer summer months, we offer spa heating separately at half the price, as the pool generally stays warm. We kindly ask that you request pool or spa heating in advance to ensure it's ready for your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required, which is non-refundable but fully transferable to another available date within 90 days of your original arrival date. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Should you need to change your dates, we're flexible and will work with you to accommodate your new travel plans, subject to villa availability.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, we require a security hold of $500 to cover any potential damages during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable within 5 days of your departure, provided no damages occur.

Are cleaning services included?

Yes, professional cleaning before your arrival and after your departure is included in your quoted price. Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged for a fee.

What amenities are included?

Our villas are equipped with a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including FREE 1gig Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchens, private pool and spa, and more. Detailed amenities are listed under each villa's description.

How do we check-in and check out?

We offer a hassle-free check-in and check-out process. You’ll receive a unique code for keyless entry to your villa prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check out is at 10 AM.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, each villa has its own private parking space. Please refer to your villa's details for the number of vehicles allowed.

What amenities are available at Solterra Resort and is there a fee?

Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities at Solterra Resort, including a community pool, lazy river, water slide, fitness center, and tennis courts. A fee of $35 plus tax per group, per stay, is required to use these facilities. We ask guests to check in at the clubhouse, pay the amenity fee, and send us a photo of the receipt for reimbursement to your original form of payment. For added comfort, cabanas are also available for rent. Please note that while we reimburse the initial amenity fee, the cost of cabana rentals is not covered and will be the responsibility of the guests.

Please be aware that these distances and travel times can change with traffic conditions, and we advise checking current travel routes before you set out.
